Parsons named 1st team All-Pro. Fat Lotta good that does us now but we probably wouldn't be in the playoffs if we didn't have him earlier.

We coasted into the playoffs. If we didn't already secure a playoff spot with two games left to play. We would've been fielding a different team.

Honestly I'm excited.... There's a lot of top tier players who have been out or injured, who are back 100% apparently...

I'm Looking forward to seeing GB open up a can of whoop *** like captain insaino.

McKinney made 2nd team all Pro and believe it or not, so did Watson...(which is kind funny)
Parsons doesn't surprise me but McKinney and Watson 2nd-team All Pro? Don't get me wrong, both guys are very good and directly impact play. It seemed like McKinney had a pretty quiet year, and Watson didn't start until November (I think).

Thanks again for the info. Pretty crummy way to end the season. The 1H was terrific - great playing and a bend-but-don't break D. And then ****, it all disappeared. And the Bears probably should have won by more. An 18 point lead at half time completely wasted.

Watson ... apparently one voter gave him a 1st place vote which was enough to make him the 6th best receiver in the NFL.. according to Florio anyway.

Wow that's wild. Watson is a very good WR and a big part of the offense. But All Pro is a big deal and as well as he played after his return, this seems like a stretch.

He really has grown into the #1 WR role on the team. It will now be interesting to see who returns next year. most people, including me, don't see Doubs coming back. I changed my mind on that. Doubs is a "possession WR" with great route running and catching talent. IMO he is the most consistently good player on offense, including Love.

Last night we could not get Watson out in space where he is the most dangerous.

Agreed. Watson, Reed, and even Golden can be deadly if they get the ball in space, especially on short slants that turn into big YAC.

Rodgers went to Jordy Nelsom often on this type of play. With his speed, Nelson turned 5-7 yard receptions into a lot more.

In the 2H, MLF went away from what had worked so well in the 1H. Chicago made excellent adjustments on D, blitzing more and upping the pressure on Love. In most cases, that results in successful run calls. But Jacobs was almost always stuffed at the LOS, and that problem seemed to be caused by lousy blocking by the OL.

A stunning loss. The Packers had silenced the crowd in the 1H, only to let them, and the Bears back into the game.
