i, for one am excited about this new head coach. he is unafraid to speak about his beliefs for success. he is energetic and seems focused. he will make some mistakes but but i believe he will have a tremendous impact on this team. it was time for change. i was not at the interview but he must have made a heck of an impression to pass bates on the depth chart. contrary to some writers opinions, i do not believe that tt wants a weak head coach. why would he? it will only hasten his own departure. i believe that mike m simply outshown every other candidate and earned the opportunity to coach this team.

As long as he doesn't chew his pen silly while blindly staring at the playsheet, I'll be satisfied.
