If there is ANY doubt, don't come back this year. But if you can, would be nice to see you back there, again.

I think part of the big plays that the Pass D gives up is due to missing Nick The Pick... I would love for him to come back but not if it is going to be a health risk!

I think he was on his way to Canton before his injury.

I am a big nick collins fan, but even before this injury his chances of getting in the pro football hall of fame were basically 0%. He still has a chance to get into the packer hall of fame which is pretty elite in its own right.

Before his injury I think he was building a Hall Of Fame career. Just my opinion.

No No No, Sorry I love the guy as much as anyone else but there have easily been 2 safeties better than him just in this decade (Ed Reed, Troy Polamalu)

I hope that he makes the right choice for him. I think he hit the nail on the head, IF there is even a SLIM chance of any thing happening from it he should hang up his cleats. His life, his health, and his family should all be more important to him than playing football again.

I agree with most of this, however I think he had a chance, albeit a small one, to make the Pro football hall of fame. If he could of kept up his pace from the previous 3 seasons, you never know...

So glad to hear he's doing well. But yeah I would rather him return next year if there is any doubt in his ability to play.

I hope he can come back. If not I think I will remember him most is that Pick 6 in the Super Bowl. Great Guy. Its a shame to end a promising career like that.

I want to know why everyone is so worried that he won't play again, while everyone takes it as a given that Peyton Manning will. They had the same surgery. Plus Manning had some pretty serious nerve damage and Nick had none. I'm not worried about his future. He'll be back.

Manning doesn't tackle for a living.

I said same thing months ago..

He was the q/b of that D, putting people in the right spots...

Him and Jenkins are biggest reason why the D is not as good as last year..(mine I have said that probably 50 times this year)

It was Nick Collins interception of Cutler in the last regular season game that got us in the playoffs. Collins has made some great plays for us and has been a great player for us for the last few years. And to think people thought that drafting Collins in the second round was a waste.

I hope he can come back next year and play for us.

Yeah he really is a missed player for sure! Think about it: If he hadn't of intercepted that pass from Rothlisberger in the super bowl and ran it all the way back for a TD, do you think we would have one that game? Maybe, hopefully, but we will never know for sure. It just goes to show how much of a WHOLE TEAM SPORT football is, but also how an INDIVIDUAL can really make a difference.

I'd love to see him back in action, from the the get go after the injury he has maintained a positive attitude and sometimes that can be your greatest healing method.

If he decides to comeback atleast we know it's because he is on top form.

If not we can see that he obviously loves the coaching aspect of things and Im sure if he pursues a career in coaching eventually he will do great things.
