Naming your children after Packers

Would any of you name your children after a current or former Packer? Has anyone ever tried to convince your husband or wife of the idea?

If you were to, which Packer would it be?

thank GOODNESS that my husband wouldn't let me!... because I would be giving my poor son the stinkeye every day! :cautious:

I haven't but I know a few that have..... and I'm SURE they would like to remain anonymous!

My nephew's first and middle names are Bart Starr. If you look around WI in general, you'll find a lot of 8-15 year old boys named Brett. I'm sure many of those parents now wish they hadn't done that.

Mmy cats have been females so I can't name any after the Packers. But the first male cat is going to be named, Reggie.

Reggie can go either way!! Never thought of it before but packer names are perfect names for a horse! ...

No. I'm not married and don't have any kids. So no conversation even about it. I guess I could have named my cat after something packers...

I think my first born will have a packer themed middle name. I feel like if I start with something excessive I will convince my wife she won the argument when we settle on me getting to pick the middle name.

Off subject a little I know but we had an Asian baggage handler who named his first born daughter La La after the childrens T.V. character in the "Tellytubbies". Poor child !
