My guess is before the draft because it's a fairly strong WR class this year vs. last year when it was weak and a good move to hold Walker until then to get the most for him.

Al will not want to gamble that GB or anybody else with interest get's a good WR in the draft and then passes on Moss. The trade will happen before the draft.
