You definitely have a point though despite what others said. A bit harder to get into trouble in Green Bay Wisconsin than a big city like LA, Chicago, or New York. Just a fact that there’s less mischief to get into. Doesn’t mean people still can’t get into trouble in Green Bay, but opportunities for that are more plentiful elsewhere.

Yeah that logical Defense worked for awhile when WI changed the drinking age from 18 to 19yrs, while many other states flipped to 21yrs legal drinking age... Then all of them Damn Minnesotans came across the Cass street Bridge for beer and made us WI boys look bad! er something like that...
