Yep it is called job security and if he keeps it up over the course of the year, a raise to get him out of being one of the lowest paid HC in the league.Hopefully that all comes true. :thumbsup:

I did not like this hire at first but so far McCarthy has won me over. I don't like his playcalling all of the time but he's certainly been worthy of being a head coach so far.

Looks like the Packers lucked out when Brad Childress to the Viking job

Agreed. I LOVE the way he coached the 2nd half. I was pissed the first half, but he made the necessary adjustments in the 2nd half and let Favre & friends kick the **** out of the Giants.

The neighbors probably had to put their earplugs in I was cheering so loudly.
