In June 2012 he was arrested for public urination and running from police. Is that worth reporting? Who hasn't done that...sheesh.

On a lighter note, my current boss/owner told me during the interview that he won't hire anybody that hasn't sat handcuffed in the back of a squad car. There's a limit of course, but it hopefully teaches you a few things. He wasn't looking for career criminals, but to hear the story and to find out what you learned from it. An interesting philosophy either way.
