I can help you out with the last one RP...

"Troma" is the name of a company that's produced some films (horror genre, I think) and the "dz" are his initials.

Coincidently (or not) Arrow has the same initials....

Arrow also has a similar fondness (to trom) for beer.... Hmmmmmmmmmm.........

Let me guess. The only reason you found out about that employee is because "He" had to take a pay cut, and job demotion in the company once "He" became a "She." because of gender bias?

It will all work out. Now the former "He" who is now a "She" and because he is now a She.... "She" can sleep her way to the top of the company again.

It is the cycle of life/sex change.
