Could someone find me a stat of how many teams have won after winning the coin toss and recieving in a playoff game?

I really dont know where to start lol

HAHA to me it seems so easy. Win the coin toss, mrach down to opponents 35 or 30 yard line and kick a field goal.... I wasnt expecting arod to air it out 40 yards. They didnt need big plays like that.
