There are some cornerbacks possibly capable of starting immediately in the NFL. There aren´t any such NT prospects available after the first round though.

Agree with you there. Probably spoke to soon saying it was a thin CB class.

Point I was trying to get across was that resigning Williams would allow us to focus on finding some run stoppers in the draft.

By whose account? Is that what Kiper said?

That´s my opinion. I think there are several NTs available worth of a first round pick but there won´t be any impact prospects on the board when the Packers pick in the second round.

Bulaga has signed the contract with the Packers. It´s a five-year, $33.75 million deal.
Have you seen the contract details?

If Bulaga becomes a top
5 RT that is going to look like a bargain in a few years.

Seems pretty team friendly to me, only 8 guaranteed, 3 in roster bonuses so he has to stay healthy and if it is not working after two years, they can think about cutting him to free up cap space.

Between Bulaga, Jordy and Cobb and it is pretty refreshing to see some of our home grown talent wanting to stay put even though they probably could have gotten bigger money elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing. We've got very good people in the front office working out these deals. I love those roster bonuses. Great concept. Very cap friendly deal. Ted still has plenty of room to maneuver.
