I'm going to bring this one back into the conversation to show that the Lions coach should have been able to or have had the right to throw the red flag and to question the Zebras on this one.

It's not fair or right that the Zebras can't be held more accountable during the game.
They make all the players follow the rules.
And I think that's all we want. Is a better sense of fairness that we aren't getting as it is right now.

I would like to see the refs given more conclusive information about what is happening in the game. Put some tech into the game. sensors in the ball and in the field to show if the ball broke the plane of the end zone and another that signals if/when the ball is out of bounds. Yes the refs will still need to interpret this information, but at least they now when and where something happened IMMEDIATELY!

For crying out loud! If i can receive updates when a package is shipping in California after its scanned by an average Joe UPS handler and have a estimation on delivery time emailed to me in seconds for something that only costs me $15 the frikin NFL can do this with a football that an average fan spends $500 a year on! NFL fans spend an average of $483 per year on team - The Huddle: Football News from the NFL - USATODAY.com
