In truth...one that gets a hole to run through...the length of the long one factors in somewhat to their speed but still... LOL

As for the edge question I don't know why chasing down Christian Watson (CW) in practice is a priority LOL (had to)
I was thinking. That speed RB, we aren’t going to have on the roster, because GB has been fielding nothing but 220+ bruisers for a while now.

But what we do have is a speedy return specialist in sky moore. And the secret weapon of all secret weapons. 4.28 40 running Mathew golden.

GB like fielding players who can play multiple positions. Who’s to say Golden can’t sit 7 yards back, and spread the defense by giving us a spread RB option? And if it’s a pass play, we literally have a 5th receiver coming out of the backfield. That delay and mismatch could become a Marshall Faulk type of unstoppable force.

I guess the real problem is durability. Can the speedy golden avoid the direct hits. Some of those super fast dudes have a way of always avoiding the big hits.

Jerry Rice comes to mind at avoiding hits.

Lloyd can with his explosion get past defenders fast and even if his long speed isn't like a 4.3 level guy, it will take a TON and the proper line of attack to make up for him bursting past.

Also, an after thought kind of gave up on the idea of CB Diggs coming to GB on a similar incentive deal...
You think he is done? Or just too expensive at the time ?
I think the Packers got a really good look at Diggs and didn't like what they saw. I say this because he was in for only 1 play of the Packers playoff game against the Bears. He was in for 33 plays the week before against the Vikings in a meaningless game. I also think that if the Packers wanted Diggs back, they would have negotiated a new deal with him by now.

I don't really know what happened to Diggs, a guy that came into the league like gang busters and looked like a potential future hall of famer. Might be the injuries he suffered, the big contract or a combination of those 2 things, as well as others. I just don't think teams feel like they will get the Diggs that was once a phenomenal CB.

The question wasn't if he can from the tub though lol

Right, but until he actually plays, it's all conjecture. Because if we go off of his 6 actual NFL carries, we are talking about a total of 15 yds, 2.5/carry and a long of 5 yds. I can almost do that from my couch! ;)
