Agreed and thanks for the stats OS. Except for that freak shoulder injury last year, I think Reed has been healthy.
As for Doubs, he was just the odd man out this year. WR 1-3 is pretty much set as Watson, Reed, and Golden. Not enough snaps if they kept Doubs and/or Wicks. That said, I really liked Doubs. He was a possession receiver right out of central casting.
Now the big question is what will Watson's deal look like? Reed is at $17 mil/AAV, approx and just dividing total contract worth by years. I think Watson is worth $25 mil AAV but I'm sure he and his agent are looking at $30 mil as a starting point.
Watson is very good and plays with a ton of heart, much like Jacobs. I was worried about his soft-tissue injuries (hamstrings) and he seems to have solved that. If it takes $30 mil, or $25 mil and a bigger signing bonus, it's still worth doing on a 3-year deal, maybe 4 years.
