Which QB has more poise, confidence and patience?

Let's compare Aaron Rodgers vs Ben Rothlisberger in terms of attitude on the field.
Never mind the stats and all that stuff.
All I know is A-Rod always looks like he has it under control and he keeps his composure and makes very few mistakes.
What about Ben vs A-Rod in this regard?

Rodgers, good at throwing parties for kids. Ben, good at cornering drunk girls and being an overall jerk.

I would say it's Ben too.

I may be biased, but he's always calm, collect, and confident in the pocket. This is his third trip to the big game. He has gone on record to say that he still get's butterflies, and would be afraid if he didn't.

It's easy to get off your game though on such a huge stage. It's going to come down to who ever's defense gets pressure first.
