all about da packers said:
I don't think it's got to do with change as much as it does with professionalism. It's rare to see people still willing to give their blood sweat and tears even though they are down on the depth chart.
Hendo got beat for the job, but he still didn't give up when it would have been easy to. He stayed ready and he gave Miree a run for his money late in the season.
Henderson was all about toughness, but he could do other things so damn well. I still vividly remember Hendo jumping over the Vikings defender and making him look silly, not many people in their mid 30's could do that.
With that said, it was time for him to go. His skills were diminishing fast, and he wasn't the same player from 2 years ago. I'd love to see someone like Henderson get a front office job though, specifically with the Packers.
 Well put.
Hendo should be recognized by the Pack at some point. He did a lot for this team. One of my favs. Sad to see him go. But all good things end.
Would love to see him back in Green in some capacity, be it front office or with a mike and a clipboard.
But back to now, Griffith would be such a nice upgrade. And I think we all could use a nice little signing here in Packer Nation. We'll wait and see on Moss or McGahee, but Griffith would allow me to exhale.
I know some on this board have detailed that all the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
we have can be alloted to our own people...Standard increases, whatnot...
But that's a chunk of change. TTs FA hatred can def rub the wrong way at times.
Signing Griffith would get me offs his case for a bit. A solid move.
33 = Champion. Best of luck.
