LMFAO what was he doing driving around at 1 AM? You would think he had something better to do besides getting into more bad publicity. Go play a video game or something if you can't sleep, don't get on the road and drive like an idiot.

    Shouldn't that be spelled with a "c" instead of a "k?"
'Cause isn't it a case of bad carma?

Sheesh... the guy put his car in a position to be misunderstood by a tree....

From what I understand, it was a '70 Chevelle SS 454. That is a whole lot different car to drive than the girlie-girl stuff on the road today. I would think that the 28" tires that were on that thing, compounded by the sheer amount of balls that engine generates and again compounded by rear-wheel drive and super heavy duty suspension... hey, I'm happy he nor his passengers weren't hurt...I have a feeling that if he were in one of those fiber glass P.O.S.'s that professional athletes like to be seen in, the car would have split in half. Props to the guy for owning a classic and a slap upside the head for not recognizing the sheer, unforgiving power, that he was navigating.
