Most teams won't trade for a vested veteran when they know if released they area free agent to sign without costing them any draft picks. I am waiting for the next roster move as they do need a long snapper. Someone will go or head to the practice squad.

Let a young kid fill the spot for the time being or use Barclay, at least he's not on the edge. You get to build some gametime experience with one of the two new guys or Taylor. Not a great plan but do-able I think.
