Question for Pack fans, has your team made any wholesale changes to your oline? That seems to be the biggest change I have seen.
The Center is new, but our biggest problems are an injured Bulaga (again) at RT and his backup, Barclay, is also injured. Sherrod, Barclay's backup, can't block for crap, so Bulaga is playing without an MCL, but the guy can't move.
I don't think it's fair to put it all on the OL, though. Rodgers is missing throws, this defense has sucked for at least half of the season so far, the WR's aren't getting open, the TE's suck, ST's is up and down as usual, the coaches are getting outcoached, etc.

I think looking at the current record would indicate otherwise. But I think we both know that records are deceptive, particularly the first 3-5 games of a season. They lost by 1 TD both games against GB and Chicago who both are decent. Again, despite OUR record. They're the #1 ground O and #2 ground D in the league. They're 18th and 9th passing O and D respectively. This with a QB who is on the improvement curve, he looks better this year IMO, especially scrambling at Lambeau. I think they go 9-7. Which we both know would be considered "in the hunt". 39-25 is what I have our 1st 4 opponent combined records season end. What's your prediction? You think the Jets are playoff caliber? Rex Ryan is likely going to be fired after this season because the Jets aren't good enough.
Our diff defense scheme had nothing to do with it?Geno Smith looks better? Wow. Better than crap can still be crap, and I'm not sure he showed any improvement at all. The Packers had to score 5/6 final drives to win. Also, as much as everybody wants to say that we both won "by 1 TD", the Bears won by 8 and the Packers won by 7. The Bears were up 24-13 at one point. The Packers were down by 21-3 at one point. Lets not fudge the stats to make this look better than it was. The Packers were getting whipped and basically depended on a Jets implosion, including having one of their best players ejected. Chicago beat them without the drama.

Capers has done multiple different schemes every game. I guess when you tweak the scheme every week all you need is a half or a game for people to think the problems are solved. I need to see more. The scheme wasn't really that different. A 2-5 is basically a 4-3.

And now he's calling fans idiots which, in some cases, is true.
As far as I'm concerned the only thing Rodgers, or any Packer, owes me is 100% effort every Sunday (and occasionally Monday and Thursday).
. I'm not going to argue this point to extensively because it will become obvious eventually to Capers lovers.
.
You're getting your feelings hurt over "Capers lover"? Really? I was trying to be humorous but I take it back.

It's still early in the season.
It's not like we are in a"win or go home" type situation yet.
If we get to that point, then it's a time for worry.
For now, keep on supporting them though good times and bad and think that there will be better days ahead.

Rodgers tells fans to relax and that everything will be ok. This really means nothing to me. I mean obviously if Rodgers thinks the Packers truly have major issues he isn't going to tell the media "Yes the fans are right, they should be worrying."
I predicted the Packers to go 12-4 before the season started. Now that I've seen them play I predict 10-6 which might be good enough for a wildcard but they are so much better than that. Wish they would play like it.
Didn't he take a lot of heat the last time he told the fans something?
Last year, maybe the year before...or, the year before that...If we start 1-3 with one conference loss and two division losses we are on the outside looking in at a wildcard berth in the deep NFC. Best hope is winning the North IMO.
Hey... welcome to the forum, new guy.Rodgers is the best QB in the game and slow start and a few poor throws doesn't change that.
Like I said in another thread, I can't even believe the crap I'm reading from some Packer fans. I'm way more concerned about Lacey and a few other guys ...in fact... Aaron Rodgers may be the last guy in the entire NFL that I would be worried about not playing up to his skill.
If Eddie would do what he did last year and run north south we'd had a few more of those drives sustained... last week would have been a different game.
I suspect at 3:00 today we'll be talking about Aaron Rodgers very solid game and a Packer win. I have zero concern about our QB having yet another great season.
