I really did t think Chicago could gain 20 yards and have time to spike it. There was :15 on the clock. How does all that take 12 seconds???The Defense sucked that drive.

The Packers seem to be the only team in the NFL to not understand that throwing 15-20 yards over the middle of the field, getting back to the line and spiking the ball in less than 15 seconds is indeed possible.Way to go Hafley you *******. No pressure on 3rd and long with the game on the line? Just give it away. Stupid doesn’t begin to describe that.
Yes - it will be your last time to score, so you force them, or you run the clock down - in excusable blunder100%. Either we force the Bears to burn their last timeout or we can run the clock all the way down to 15 seconds before we bring McManus out. Inexplicable.
Well, you may not see this, but I still have to question why anyone would be anxious watch the replay of this game, unless they really are someone who enjoys enduring pain (surprised that the official word for that type of person was censored). I was set to enjoy watching until I read the end, figuring I could shrug off all the doo-doo, knowing they'd won despite it. Not now.Excuse me??? You’re the 3rd poster in 11 years I’ve just blocked. Get a life!
Still nobody will care if you win Wildcard weekend. It will all disappear like a vapor fartWinning 1 out of 6 games against your division during the season is not meaningless, regardless of what it does or doesn’t do to your seeding.
Pretty easily when they had a timeout to talk about it, designed a good play, the ball came out quick, the defense leaves the middle of the field open and their guys were ready and prepared to get back to the line.I really did t think Chicago could gain 20 yards and have time to spike it. I get the feeling we will have a long running Fire Hafley thread like all the others.Pretty easily when they had a timeout to talk about it, designed a good play, the ball came out quick, the defense leaves the middle of the field open and their guys were ready and prepared to get back to the line.
Or the short version, Hafley got pantsed.
Haftley has to question his standing after today. We needed a stop, but he just doesn't blitz and leaves the middle of the field open with 15 seconds. The Packers seem to be the only team in the NFL to not understand that throwing 15-20 yards over the middle of the field, getting back to the line and spiking the ball in less than 15 seconds is indeed possible.
I guess it happened. But I would’ve thought it cost more than :12 sec. An average 5 yard play costs 7 seconds.Pretty easily when they had a timeout to talk about it, designed a good play, the ball came out quick, the defense leaves the middle of the field open and their guys were ready and prepared to get back to the line.

Then that is ridiculous, because the chances of winning at the rams or bucs is a hell of a lot higher than going into Philly and beating the eagles. And if someone has to explain it to ML, he is coaching way above his skill level, because that is laughable.Commanders take the lead with 3 seconds left.
While would have been nice to win, but at the end of the day game was meaningless other than to fans. Packers pulled back guys so winning vs the Bears and that 6 seed was more important to others.
If my math is correct. We can post June trade or cut and he saves 17.4M on the cap. I’d prefer We shop in FA and apply that to someone more reliable. He’s played less than 50% games across 2023-2024.
Ouch.......50%? ..... Yea not good
There was only one decision to make and that was to kick the field. It was 55 yards. He knew McManus had the range. There was nothing to discuss. It seems he was considering going for it, with that conversation with Bisacchia right before the kick. He must have wanted more time to make the decision.
Did whoever the players were at the time mitigate that the horrible coaching that I read about?Thankfully, This game was a meaningless game with a bunch of 2nd and 3rd stringers playing more than an entire half. Total overreaction.
Well, hope you enjoy losing to an inferior team. Block me, or whatever, I didnt like the MLF pick and as far as I'm concerned, fire the whole damn bunch.Commanders take the lead with 3 seconds left.

They still would have gotten there in time to spike the ball. You would have had to hold him down for 7-8 seconds to prevent him lining up in time and that definitely would have been a penalty.I really was hoping for a D player to take just 2 seconds more on that tackle, I don’t the refs would have blown the whistle
