The Dallas cowboys are worth 10.1 billion and own their stadium, (thanks to Jerry Jones in his business dealings)

Could The Packers ever buy Lambeau Field and have complete control and increase their worth?

Legally, it could happen. And I do not think the league would be able to stop it. I am not sure how any approval would take place. The Packers are not owned by a billionaire. This may take the form of a referendum on behalf of the county. And then it may take a vote by the Packer shareholders. Not sure the Board can simply approve it. Then there has to be an evaluation of the financial status of the team and the impact in the community, if any. If the city/county wanted to sell they could also be lured by a mega corporation willing to pay $$$$$. But I do not think it will happen in this era.

Packers effectively already have complete control. They have veto over any events in the stadium which is why no mega concerts with the fans on the (sacred) grass.
