That's the only Packer game that I've attended (in Detroit). It was ten years ago last week. We had seats in the club section on the goal line closest to where Richard Rodgers made the catch. With all of the leaping, big bodies, and hands in the air we couldn't see who caught the ball. We figured it out when the Packers bench swarmed the field. Aside from the scattered Packers fans celebrating, it was as if the air had been sucked out of Ford Field.
I like this NFL Films video as it is practically the view that I had, seeing the spinning ball descend from the rafters toward the end zone. The poor Lions defenders were all too deep in the end zone. The NFL Films video (below) was blocked from posting.
