As draft day becomes closer and closer each day, I find myself becoming more and more agitated that the draft starts Thurs. night in lieu of Saturday morning. I'm not old fashioned, or opposed to change, but this idea of Goodells is terrible, IMO. It's like starting the Masters on Monday night instead of Thursday. Waking up Saturday morning on draft day is like being a kid and waking up on your birthday. Anyone else feel this way?

If you think of it, it puts a premion on the early 2nd and 4th round picks, as teams have an extra day to think about which players are available and which players they'll get.

It's a bonus for the last team, as he gets more time to think and make a deal with his 1st, 2nd and 4th round picks...

Don't really care too much. I will never work during the NFL draft anyway, just like I always take off the first Thursday and Friday of the NCAA Tournament. This is why God invented vacation days.
