Theft of services huh? I'm sure he believes he's THE MAN because his interpretation of his bible tells him so. Therefore his wife has no rights in all of this, but I guess he'll learn the same laws that protect his right to believe as he wishes, will protect the rights of the other person he chose to have children with.

Sounds like so many going thru separation/divorce, petty and off their rocker a bit. Makes otherwise normal people do some pretty strange things.

I didn't read the whole thing. Was there anything about the federal income tax being unconstitutional? That often goes hand-in-hand with zany notions of what's lawful, claims of strict constitutionalism and irrational attempted money grabs. It would not be a bad idea to flag his returns for audit.
