I partly agree I think people need to be held to account regardless of their status.
That said I find in many cases that an accurate depiction of exactly what happened is hard to achieve. unrelated there’s the persuasion principle with many domestic cases. Meaning even when we often see the 10 second video clip, it can be deceptive. If someone goes into a bar and starts uses intimidation or some form of initiating a dispute, especially if it’s continually harassment etc, it can lead to harsh consequences and even get physical. There have been many Court cases that dissolve over the defendant being found to have initiated or provoked a dispute or argument unnecessarily. Exasperating things well beyond normal boundaries and this is especially true with people that know how to press our buttons so to speak (family or close friends).

While violence is never a good answer, there are absolutely cases in law that with completely avoidable or unnecessary provocation was deemed to have caused a physical altercation or taking it to the next level. Even after it became physical, the so called victim continued escalating the provoking nature of the dispute. It’s very rare that someone gets to the level of choking without any part or as a completely innocent victim. Not saying it doesn’t happen ever, but I highly doubt Josh just decided to assault some innocent bystander without any warning or reason. We see it in the NFL all the time with the last guy being the fall guy. Yet the dispute got going long before the flags get thrown. It’s the same principle “it takes 2 to tango”. Heck sometimes someone complete uninvolved gets involved and takes the fall.

The other point I’ll say is if Josh wanted to strangle someone to death I’m pretty sure he’d be 100% capable. He’s a 220lb muscle bound man with enough strength to end someone’s life if that’s his objective. It takes about 5 seconds to put someone unconscious. It takes about 25 seconds to end their life. If that was his intent he’d be in jail in Murder charged. I’m 99% sure that wasn’t his intent IF this is even all factual. It’s entirely possible there’s some degree of embellishment here.

The other factor I’d like to offer is there are people who genuinely look to get $$ from wealthy people through foul extortion or purposely initiating an altercation for monetary gain. His class of people $$ get picked on more for strategic financial fraud than most of us living paycheck to paycheck. I don’t think that’s some big revelation.

While I have no idea of the particulars. It’s very easy to go witch hunting when we see the headlines. If Josh was our immediate family member that we know to be a good person, I’m pretty sure each of us would be defending his character. If it was our family member as the victim sldo similarly.

There's no excuse for violence. Ever. We are all adults who have the freedom of speech. If something someone says make you want to hit them. That's a problem in civilized society. This isnt the ghetto.

People should be able to go to a public place and say the truth, and not get punched for it. And if it's not the truth, and someone corrects you disrespectfully. Then maybe it's time to go home. Not punch them ... Sometimes the disrespect is the point. Society calling you out and embarrassing you to show you where you're going wrong.... I mean. My favorite hobby is cussing out internet Nazis. They feel like getting violent, I'm happy to press charges. That's how I roll. Let the lawyers do the fighting. Lol like adults.

If that sounds specific, it is. And it's also part of a 35 year trend ..... That is going to end. . And words are going to be what ends it, not violence.

See like Jacob's. When a full grown man decides to get physical. People get broken. Felonies get passed around like candy at a parade. You have to know your freedom isn't worth being a tough guy...

Now self defense. That's a whole different story. It should also be respected when a man capable of violence, is attacked, and doesn't use that opportunity to hurt someone ... Let the law handle the situation.

True. I mean that young guy that murdered the Idaho students had enough evidence to convict him 3X. Yet it felt like 2 years before anything came to a resolution. To explain my life to some people who live in a safe controlled environment. Corporate environment is professionals working together. Drama maybe but no violence. There's rules... A standard.

I was the crew leader for a traveling log home crew. I usually had a complete roster turn over every house I built. Met some great people... More times than not though, if someone's willing to drop what they're doing and leave for a month or 6 weeks. They usually have a few screw loose. Roughnecks

Well, if you are talking in a spiritual sense it is understood that the Lord works in mysterious ways, ways of which we cannot comprehend no matter how hard we try. If one believes in that Divine Plan then it will happen. Only question is do we choose to be a part of it. Just like the fact that we do not know the day nor the hour. Spiritually, we have to believe that there is a greater hand in all this. So rather than assume, we should pursue those things that look to be in accord with that plan.
Vince Lombardi is as fine an example of one who pursued that regardless of what happened on the way there. Recall how he referenced Corinthians. " All the runners in the race run, but only one receives the prize. So run to win. "
We do not have the answers for everything. We do not know why, where, when, or how they happen much of the time. And even if we do we learn there is so much more still to learn. To get back on topic, are there any updates on Jacobs' legal status? It's taking a very long time for the police/DA so hopefully this can get resolved for everyone involved.

The Packers seem to be going about business as usual. Jacobs is practicing and looks good. Lloyd hasn't injured himself and that is a huge victory. Seriously, I'd love to see what this guy has. He's sought out expert help, much like Watson did a few years back, to deal with soft-tissue problems, mostly the dreaded hamstring.

Even if Jacobs returns full time this season, the Packers need to groom a replacement. Good backs are available throughout the draft if the GM looks hard enough. Hopefully they already have that guy in Lloyd. Hopefully…….

I am a log home builder. I had all these “secret Feds” showing up on my job site. The entire job was a set up from the log company to the title company, bank, home owner was a fed, all the subs he organized were Feds.

And that’s when I found out at 43 years old, from all their gangstalking and talking in parallels, trying to figure out if I know that I’m the heir. That they said too much over YEARS, that I figured out I was being trafficked my entire life.

Then I happens to hit big on my penny stocks (divine intervention?) , since I normally wouldn’t have money to get lawyers. And I spent the next 4 years in discovery. Jack smith investigation into trump was started because I showed up and civilized society had to stop the theft. Instead maga graduated from insurrectionists to traitors and stole the election to escape. Like I said it’s not conspiracy to commit anymore. They did the crime.
Found out my dad’s family stole my trust from my mom’s family, through me. And never told me….. the most powerful families in the world are involved. That’s fact home boys.

Got a lesson on “secret Feds”, and “secret court” and basically their secret way to bypass the law for “national security”.

I can literally destroy your perfect ignorant reality with facts for hours and hours and days and days. lol. Ask my lawyer.

When I came in, I found out they had killed me off on paper. Acted like the heir was dead. And started the process of giving the trust to “next of kin”. In other words, the Ashkenazi jewish(the German Ashkenazi Jewish killed the Jewish in ww2, then moved to Palestine and the US “secret govt”) who had been “managing it for my family until I was old enough. Forgot to tell me when I turned 18. Then labor trafficked me for decades through the Amish, rogue army rangers and generals/colonels/ law makers/ religious leaders, mafia billionaires. Me thinking I’m climbing the ladder, while in fact being passed around and robbed.

Note: the green bay packers are “public owned” That’s not true. It’s owned by a private trust, created for the better good of the whole. A philanthropic bank trust, as I said. The fact people are currently trying to move them out of Greenbay and get corporate sponsors is an extension of the theft of this trust. And some of the people on this board can probably verify the character attack these people did against me right here on this board, after my grandpa died in 2014, up through about 2016. Poker knows. My two cousins and I were supposed to get the trust in beginning of 2015. Instead wanton and maga was born….. INSTEAD the entire town and everyone in my life tried to break me and either get me thrown in prison, kill myslef, or end up on the streets all drugged out on the streets. So they can get a cut. Trash…..

And many of the old school boys who know me here over the last decade knows already. I love a good challenge. And have never had a problem arguing against 10 people at a time. Lol. All the three letter agencies found that out too over the last 6 years. lol. And when they tried to arrest me. They found out the hard way, by implicating themselves into this internal Rico investigation. That I’m off limits….

It’s not my problem that people can’t digest the truth. Oct 7th was absolutely an inside job and Netanyahu had court for corruption the following week. Trump had just lost his “civil” case in NYC which wasn’t about the grape* settlement so much as it was about him not being able to pay it with the trust he and Epstein stole, that was stuck in probate since I showed up. It could all be 100% true. It’s probably more reasonable though that there’s prejudice in each of us that highly dilutes any accuracy of actual accounts or dealings. Yet the best past (or worst part if we’re the accuser) is we will never be held to account for someone else’s mistakes. Imo We 100% will be held to account for every last human interaction we were awarded.

It’s hard to allow others’ actions to not affect us, I get it there’s people I want to choke to the ground on occasion!
Yet if I spent 1/2 as much time removing the plank from my own life this world would be 1/2 way to paradise.

Let me tell you a story. 11th grade geometry class. Every morning the class would start with a mind bender math problem. Winner got a piece of candy.

I'd say 4 out of every 5 days I'd get that candy. Some weeks I'd clean sweep. It was just understood by my classmates. That that was my piece of candy. And their job was to steal my candy. It got to the point where if I didn't win, my mouth would water like pavlovs dog. No lie.

Well it should be mentioned, my class was 36 kids and 9 of them had straight 4.0 gpas. I took the C+ approach. Lol keep the expectations down.
Anyways. These egos among me, couldn't cope with getting their mathematical booties whooped on the daily. So they went to the teacher and complained. Said I MUST be cheating.

So they changed the rules. Had to show your math... So eventually they would see, I rarely had more than a few ugly numbers chicken scratched into the paper before. The answer blurted out. And then I'd finish the writing. Lol most the time. I was sharp AF boyeee.

Sooo the teacher, got more complaints . I was under the microscope. And I got the after school sit down. Interrogated me. Where did you get the book? I have the only copy of this book. You don't even write the problem down before you know the answer. Etc. Well they cracked their own case without seeing the truth right in front of them. I was a natural born mathematician. Deal with it.

But instead of giving me credit. They clung to the fact* I was obviously cheating. And bastardized my name through out highschool.

Later I find out, this trust was the reason why. They needed me to be a degenerate, thieving, perverted , drug addicted piece of ****. So they could justify stealing my trust.

Anyways. In this story I am me. And you naysayers are the class. And the teacher is the feds. "Investigating" me for the last 35 years.
