    Bush was arrested yesterday in Vacaville, CA.

    Vacaville police department says it´s a misdemeanor, no criminal charges pending.

    jeez public intoxication is a way of life in Scotland

    but seriously you could be publicaly intoxicated if just walking home from the pub, is that an offence in itself?
    what Jb has done we would class as drunk & disorderly

    Bush is lucky. His failure to follow police instructions could have resulted in severe injury or death. I hope the Packers cut this stupid clown immediately. I've lost all respect for him.

    As someone who used to bash 25 year old job for being an on the field bonehead, I actually like his role at this point.

    No biggie in my eyes, pretty much the entire 60s era packers would have broken this law at some point

    I think I broke that law 4 nights a week for 5 years straight before I throttled it back some :)

    I dont care about the public intox. Disobeying a police officer and creating a disturbance in their presence is what stupid dipsh!ts do.
    He isn't under contract so no action needs to be taken. He belongs in California. He needs to stay there.
