They are first come, first serve off Packers.com site on a predetermined day.

We go every year and the best seats available, right after they go on sale are always half way up, around the 20 yard line, or in the end zones. The seats down near the field, around midfield are always full. Those folks got those seats somewhere, somehow.

Is there another web site that sells better seats? If so, who and how?

The Packers give away seats to charity for this. Also for sponsors/players/team employees.

Section 110 also had tickets for 427? or so in the luxury seats in case it rained..But we did sit in section 110

Maybe because the cost for each ticket is 10$ people think they can sit where ever? But I know you just cant sit anywhere...Unless after the game starts you move around?

We sat in 110 also last year (5 seats), which is in the corner of the end zone. Not bad seats, but not mid field like I am talking about.
