As the 4th pre-season game comes to a close, here is my best guess of the 53 man roster that will enter the regular season:
    QB (2): Rodgers, Harrell
RB (4): Benson, Green, Starks, Saine
    FB (1): Kuhn
WR (5): Jennings, Nelson, Driver, Cobb, Gurley (Trade rumors are true Jones to Miami)
TE (4): Finley, Williams, Crabtree, Taylor (Quarless PUP)
OL (10): Newhouse, Lang, Saturday, Sitton, Bulaga, Sherrod, EDS, Wells, Datko, Barclay (Could pick up a waiver wire guy this weekend replacing datko or barclay)
DL (6): Raji, Pickett, Wilson, Worthy, Daniels, Muir (Suspended Neal replaces Muir after week 4 barring injury)
OLB (4): Matthews, Perry, Moses, Walden (just leave him on the roster even though he’s suspended 1 week)
ILB (4): Hawk, Smith, Lattimore, Manning, Francios
CB (5): Williams, House, Bush, Shields, Hayward
S (5): Woodson, Burnett, McMillian, Jennings, Robinson
    Specialist (3): Goode, Crosby, Masthay

PS Invites: Coleman, Boykin, Cooper, Genus, Guy, Levine, Moss, Tyler

Second (from Colts so will be top half) and Third for Jones, I would do that and I have been a fan of Jones staying on the team. To me that just seems too good to be true though.

I like it but I see Taylor being gone...Gurley taking his spot and Boykin the wr spot vacated by Jones or Driver if either leave.

Roster cuts are going to be brutal. I'm not sure if Jones is going to go though. Otherwise I like your list.

I don't want to see Jones leave. Take Starks but not my JJ!

I wouldn't be surprised if this is EXACTLY how the roster ends up shaking out. Don't see a single guy who doesn't belong.

Was it strange that all the WR were standing together and joking around in uniform the entire game.....except Driver who was inactive and not hanging out with the group on the sideline?

Didn't we already have a thread for this?
Why would Miami do this? With final cuts tomorrow, the timing makes no sense. If something is going to happen, it's going to be by tomorrow early afternoon.

You indicated (4) ILBs, then listed 5 guys. You need to cut one more.

I would think so. Bush has never proven he can cover guys going downfield; he's adequate as a dime back or safety in a pinch, but he's just not a guy who plays well with his back to the play. He's practiced quite a bit with the first team, so it's possible they run him out there, but I'm near certain it won't last...maybe not past the first half of game 1.

This is the third roster thread, for those of you who wondered. Not that it matters.

Key word bolded. I saw nothing in the article that we were trading Jones or that we would receive either pick let alone both. Until the trade actually happens I'll ignore the rumors.Besides, there are decent options already being cut. Also, I was told 10 OL was a bit much.

For my roster predictions, look up the other 2 threads, I'm too lazy to repost for 20 some hours

That's my bad... I knew my math was wrong somewhere... I would probably cut Barclay and try to get him on the practice squad and run with 9 OL.
As for the roster threads part, I'm sorry... I figured that the roster is in flux so much during preseason that end of the preseason thread was relevant... if the threads need to be merged, I understand.

Reasonable assumption, don't worry about it, its only really relevant through tomorrow anyway

Datko is gone as well...and Gurley. Borel and Boykin are the two other WR's I haven't seen mentioned as cut yet.

The market for James Jones got tougher today when the Pats released Deion Branch. I expect the Pack to keep Jones.

Practice Squad: Coleman Tyler Gurley Moss Draheim Datko Guy Levine

More likely Van Roten makes it than Draheim, but I still think EDS 2.0 deserves a spot. Gurley and Borel probably get claimed, and a good chance Datko does too. Levine also has a shot elsewhere. Also think Coleman might get swiped, afterall, lots of teams keep a third, developmental QB

Coleman was just a camp arm. The project backup qb gets taken or signed next year in the form of Jordan Rodgers.
