With the 5th pick in the 2006 NFL draft, the Green Bay Packers select...................
Let the speculation begin.

1st round is too high for a linebacker unless he is an Urlacher.

Hawk is rated top 5 in nearly every ranking and mock draft I've seen. I think GB will keep the pick and one of these players will be taken:

1. AJ Hawk
2. Mario Williams
3. Haloti Ngata

Haloti Ngata looked like a slob in the bowl game last week. I'm going to watch this safety from Texas Wednesday night; Michael Huff. He's a junior, but he won the Jim Thorpe awards for best DB in college football. The draft is loaded at LB this year.

I know it is really early for a CB....but what does everyone think about Jimmy Williams(CB, Virginia Tech) if AJ Hawk isn't avalible?

I think Jimmy Williams got ejected from the game today, which has to say something about his attitude. Just think about Pacman Jones, what a moron.

Mario Williams, but I don't think he'll be there (people are saying he's as good as Peppers). If not, I tihnk we'll trade back a few spots and take Haloti Ngata from Oregon.
