On a serious note, my wife's father left when she was 1 and her brother had just been born. Office romance. Left and started a new family. Her mom eventually remarried to a great guy, but I could always see the pain in my wife and her brother.

Fast forward to her brother having a pair of twins. He was holding one in each arm and said "How could anyone walk out on a little child." He since passed away leaving four of his own. However, whenever I see guys like Devante or my brother-in-law finding ways to be better parents for their own children...it is special. I am sure that it hurt Devante to have his parents separated. He's righting the wrong and showing his daughter what it's like to have two loving parents.
