? stands for a position they will look at waivers for and the guy it's next to stands for the player likely to be released.

Practice Squad

1. Paul Thompson
2. Corey White

Notes

Tramone Williams and Patrick Dendy will be signed by another team for sure.

Same with David Clowney and a few other receivers.

Marquand Manuel is shown the door.

DeShawn Wynn is too. (Not even practice squad in my opinion)

Tyrone Culver reaches an injury settlement or he's placed on IR or PUP. Depends how serious.

Dave Rayner is traded.

Colin Cole could be traded too.

PUP

Michael Montgomery

IR

Abdul Hodge

I wouldn't doubt that I forgot about someone.

If that's 52, I hope we keep 6 WRs. Good list. I'd prefer we kept only 2 QBs, so we could be solid elsewhere. After all, we have Holiday for emergencies.

Funny how so far, it seems we're all the same page. Or should I say instead "great minds think alike."

Pratice Squad:

1. David Clowney
2. Deshawn Wynn
3. Clark Harris
4. Paul Thompson or Ingle Martin
5. Tyrone Culver or Charlie Peprah (Whoever doesn't make the team and assuming Marquand gets cut)
6. Orrin Thompson
7. Daniel Muir (If he doesn't make the final cut)
8. Tramon Williams/Larry Birdine/Adam Stenavich/etc.
9. Carl Johan-Bjork (International Player exemption)

My guess at a practice squad based on players on the current roster who would qualify. Larry Birdine might also be a candidate if they only carry 9 Defensive linemen (5 DT/4 DE).

My guess is they keep Dendy over Walker.

Walker is another inconsistant Carroll that you can't trust to have on the field. I would agree about special teams but he's too much of a liability at CB to hold onto.

Makes a good play and then get's torched.

I've seen all of that I want to see in the past.

Porky, I agree with you on the majority of your choices, but there are only 3 things I take issue with:

1. SS Manuel - I don't think either Culver or Peprah did enough to earn a spot on this roster. Manuel started for the last 4 games of last year, when our D was respectable, so he has shown the ability to be a part of a decent D rotation. He also brings experience that our starting SS Bigby could benefit from, and since Bigby and Manuel know each other from highschool, it wouldn't be a strain to keep Manuel on the roster as a backup because he won't have really hard feelings towards Bigby.

2. I think Daniel Muir is a perfect candidate for the PS, and thus we will keep only 9 D-linemen. I don't think Harrell is ready to contribute in the DT rotation yet, so I think we'll keep Cole as the third/fourth DT with Jolly, Williams, and Pickett.

3. With the spot freed up from cutting DT Muir, I think we will keep Clowney. He came on late in camp, and I think that showed his potential when he eventually gets more experience. I just don't think the coaching staff would give up on his potential this early. He'll be our #6 WR and a possible KR.
