While his history of abusing women might be useful when we play the Lions, in seriousness-- no. This is a garbage person. And anyone who signs him is just going to trigger Goodell placing him on the Commissioner's Exempt List. That's the whole reason the Patriots cut him. Patriots dropped him because they would owe him 5 million this Monday only to have him be suspended if not in court on felony charges. While the Packers could use another talented WR, it won't be AB.
