Guess he crushed at the senior bowl. Increased his draft stock from a projected 4th rounder as a result obviously. Shifty and fast, don't see a 3-cone on him though.
Or a jokeThat would be BS if true. or just BS.
Marginal athlete. I ruled him out as a Packer target.Guess he crushed at the senior bowl. Increased his draft stock from a projected 4th rounder as a result obviously. Shifty and fast, don't see a 3-cone on him though.
Same thoughts here. Not that I'm as up on all of the prospects as most of you here, much less the teams front offices, but I have been surprised at some of the picks. This draft is crazy. Tons of guys falling and lots of reaches from across the league.
He didn't do any agility testing prior to the draft.Marginal athlete. I ruled him out as a Packer target.

I think 78What # is our next pick?
BravoAnd historically they've done really well in the 2nd.
Lets be honest, they have a ton of holes that need filling. Grabbing a WR in the 1st was more important in the last 3 years for Rodgers. This year they need help across the board. Everywhere.
Basically 2 things upset people on draft day in the 1st round. Picking a guy above where the board is slotted (picking a guy #20 where 'the board' has him at 40) and not picking an offensive weapon which is the equivalent of getting a new toy on Christmas. The Packers in the 1st round are always are the aunt that gives us socks on Christmas. In the past few years, I wanted the Packers to get a new toy under the tree. This year... they need f'n socks (and underwear)

If you are a small guy like Reed, isn't agility your bread and butter? Why skip that?He didn't do any agility testing prior to the draft.
Agree. The mock drafts are the amateurs at play. Today the pro's are playing.only according to engines. This is why I tried to ignore rankings. I remember telling everyone when Brents could be had in sixth to ignore…or Mingo like Dante’s and I have said will be HIGH pick.
Fact is league is illustrating that engines and such are not gospel of course.
Which is why I’ve said I’m higher on Hall than Hooker sadly. Neither is amazing but I love Hall instead of Hooker. The league must really have taken the problems with the Tennessee offense more seriously than the media.
I think the logical comp is Randall Cobb. Plus this guy could be our next punt returner.I think we can move on from the MVS comp.

The point is they've done pretty darn well not drafting WR in the first round, so why are you so critical that they didn't do it this year? R-E-L-A-X“We drafted some good WRs outside of the first round, and out of the whopping five WRs we did draft in the first round only two of them were HoF players, therefore there’s no reason to suggest we should consider drafting a WR in the first more frequently”
Compelling logic I must admit
