Do you really think anyone wants us to draft Terrance Cody? HAHA
I'm just doing what's asked of me.
and is it possible to get a please ted DONT draft bruce campbell?
I want us to draft him if he falls to like, the 5th round or something
How about a Paul Hornung? ...for us old timers...
That sounds like fun.
Expect it sometime tonight or tomorrow.
I tried to give it an old timey vibe.
It doesn't look like he's playing for the Packers in that one... Strange uniform...
There's a G on the helmet. The original was black and white, so I don't really know what color the jerseys were.
It's cause the whole uni is so dark... It just doesn't look like us...
Here's the most awesome image of the Golden Boy I've seen:
I'd have used that picture, but I wanted an in-game pic. I agree, though, that pic is awesome.
Love the film strip idea! very cool and well put together love it
LOL @ the "cut jarrett bush" picture. Thats amazing
For PackerRS and OldSchoolFan
Yes! thank you.
Now, how do I compress my own sig??? So both can fit?
Smaller version of the one I made for you:
Jess & MSA-
Outstanding work! I love it! Next time your in Iowa, I'll buy you a Schlitz!
Few know about Hornung that he was the ONLY Heisman trophy winner EVER from a team (Notre Dame) with a losing record. ( the Irish were 2-8 that year..)
My favorite Paul Hornung quote?
"Never get married in the morning...you never know who you might meet that night."
No wonder that during the 60's every guy wanted to be Hornung, and every gal wanted to date him!
One last favor from you young techie guys...how do I add this to my signature?
Even us old bucks can figure things out ( given enough time that is)
I LUV my new signature, again a HUGE thanks to Jess & MSA!!
No problem I've always been the type of person that likes to do nice things for people it's what keeps me going at times
This was taken after the best game of old "Thunder & Lightning". In the fog, in the 1965 title game, ( also Jim Brown's last game) Paul Hornung ran for 105 and Jim Taylor bulled for 95 as the Packers beat the Cleveland Browns 23-12.
Thanks a lot guys!
