This should not be shocking. At all.
Approximately 11M due in arbitration for someone that might not pitch in 2024 and is a free agent. The Braves had the same type of situation with Kyle Wright, but Wright has 3 years of control and 2.5M expected for arbitration and they basically got back a warm body in a trade.
