I assume like a 1st and a 3rd?
I think it is totally worth it to have a "lightning and thunder" combination in our backfield. Considering we pick 30th and have two second rounders, I'd like to see this happen... but I'm probably the only one.
I'm just too worried about Grant performing as...
He's a bit overvalued because of the week FA market and the fact he played for the Patriots, but I don't buy into this "Never go after the big guys because they'll shoot us down anyway" philosophy much of the board has. It seems awfully sour grapesish.
Our secondary was overrated all last...
I would never get rid of both our 2nds, and neither would TT. I think with our 1st and the 57 we could move up to around 20 though, to a team that doesn't have any high needs they couldn't get in the 2nd.
If we don't draft defense, I'd like to see us trade up and take Felix Jones. This guy is highly underrated as he played behind McFadden, but he is a total freak. Back in the Capitol One bowl he actually put about 100 more yards on us than McFadden did, I believe.
What say you?
Thiss loss will always eat at me
What a magical journey through the waters of beautiful glory. What a disastrous, soul-crushing collision into the rocks of bad luck and circumstance.
"What could have been" will always reverberate in my mind. "If only." Just like the few mistakes the Eagles...
They had to go through this three years in a row... two of them being heavily favored. And they don't have a single Lombardi to hold up their spirits!
And they lost for the same reasons we did. Poor preparation, poor execution... just laying a total egg, twice at home
Well said. It was indeed a magical season, my point more or less was it's hard to appreciate it as such, especially after the very bad defeat we suffered.
I go to UW-Madison which is similar to living in New York since there are so many NY kids here. They were all dancing around State Street cheering after. The good thing is they weren't smack talking. Giants have very similar fans.
Philly loss was 100 times worse than this.
We were completely outplayed last night, which is why I think it doesn't hurt so much.
I'm still drained, though.
It was, but that doesn't mean squat, especially when Favre possibly ends his career on a boneheaded interception in Packer territory. We got our ***** kicked last night and it was an extremely disappointing and bad to end a great season. The stats may have not showed it, but the Giants played...
This still all feels so weird
All the lucky fumbles, the FG miss... and we couldn't take advantage of it
Our team just looked totally lost in the head

Minneapolis does not have many black people. More, yes, but among the lowest amounts of all larger American cities. My friends from the cities say the area is pretty much just a handful of hmongs and white people. Minneapolis nightlife is good, but it is brought down by the fact that the...
