Bates is no longer an option. He was a popular candidate among most of us, and is no longer there. So now who do you want since we cant have Jim?

I will say ron Rivera, bears DC.

it is a long shot, but hell, thats the guy i like on my list after Jim Bates.

This isnt a "who do you think will get hired" its a "who do you WANT to be hired"
