Is it a league requirement to wear the throwback uniforms ? I hate them ! Maybe it's demoralizing to the players also ?

I despise all of this garbage.
Instead of coming up with new clown suits how about working on fixing the rules and instant replay.

I like them and the yellow helmets.

Though I noticed a sheen of brightness on the top yellow part and I wonder if the originals could have also had that glow.

I don't think it's the same group of people working on these two things...

I missed seeing the yellow pants in the game against the Bears.
And what in the hell were they doing wearing their away jerseys for a home game?
I hate this uniform gimmick for Thursday Night NFL.
They are the green and yellow. Not the white and yellow.

Get rid of the throwbacks and the white pajamas.
I'm almost to the point where I cannot watch college teams like Syracuse and Oregon due to the ugly uniforms.
Sadly, it will never happen. God wears Nike now.

Throwback is nice, Blue and Yellow make a good alternate uniform.

The all white color rush, though... *puke*

Edit: Don't mind buying this one, tbh!

So I should have started a whole new thread about the Thurs. night uniforms instead of adding in my 2 cents about them where others did as well?

Seems to me this thread has gone from just the discussion of throwbacks to any alternates the Pack is wearing this season.

Nike is a goddess so God hooked up with Nike? Since when?
LOL

I know you meant the sports brand (Ugh. Nike is made in sweatshops. Boycott Nike. Just do it.)

And wasn't there some sort of controversy when Nike took over as the supplier of jerseys?
Didn't they want to change the Packers jersey, like they did with others, but the Packers said "No" and this upset Nike?

They were not away jerseys. It was something new (Color Rush) just for the one game. (I Hope)

I like the throwbacks. Despite being a Packers fan i don't care for the green and yellow colors together, much prefer the navy and yellow.

Edit: excuse me: Green and GOLD and navy and GOLD

I think these are all just ploys by the NFL to get people to buy this garbage !
Well DUH! It's all about $$$$$$. Don't know if anybody anywhere for any team bought the "color rush" jerseys. Packers chose the road whites and added the white pants. Bears went with home blue and added the blue pants. About as traditional as they could get. Don't think a green top and pants combo would look as nifty as the all white looked.

This is Green Bay. Has to be Green. Best uniform in all of sports !

The Packers are tops. Green Bay has a classic look that has not changed, at all, through the years. The pants are simple, the helmet has a traditional logo and the jerseys are easy to read and beautifully done. The best part? The incredible combination of green and yellow. It is perhaps the best uniform in all of sports, looking amazing against the backdrop of Lambeau Field. (AP Photo/Tom Lynn)

http://fox11online.com/news/local/green-bay/fans-react-to-packers-color-rush-uniforms

GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- As the Packers took the field Thursday night, fans saw a lot less green and gold, and a lot more white.

"I love it, a lot better than last week's uniforms,” said Green Bay Packers fan, Darwin Jurrens.

However, some fans say the all-white uniforms take away from the Packers tradition.

"Let's just play football and wear green and gold at home,” said Packers fan, Steve Tate.

The all-white uniforms are part of the NFL’s Thursday night tradition called the Color Rush.

The Packers Pro Shop says it hopes the Color Rush gear catches on with fans just like the throw-back gear did...
...because they have tons of them to add to their inventory to make as much money as possible and need to sell as many as they can before they go on clearance.

My girlfriend, who is a fan of both Packers and Bears, and I'm pretty sure she is more for the Packers noticed how the Chicago C and the Packers G resemble each other. Sacrilege! LOL

Yeah, I like the colors and the look of the Packers as well as a bunch of other teams.

I do think that the Milwaukee Brewers logo of the ball and glove is the best logo in all sports.
That is a really clever one and a perfect blend of the M and B to make an image.

Did the Bears also add the blue socks with the horizontal orange stripes?
I haven't watched any of their other games this year.

Everyone is entitled to their own likes and dislikes. I favor the green home uniforms. I seem to recall that almost all of their championship and super bowl victories were with their home green uniforms.
