So....back on topic. Leinart will have a field day if Harrington can. We just need the same turnovers. I don't think Leinart will care much about the head coaching job, he needs to prove himself a worthy QB. I think we can contain James, he is much overrated.

And maybe it's just because I haven't been following sports that closely lately, but does AZ have anyone decent on D?

DePack, I would like to say that PLEASE stop accusing everyone of hating Favre just because they disagree with you (ESPECIALLY when Favre didn't even have anything to do with the discussion in the first place).

I addressed this once but apparently someone didn't think the answer was correct. I'll keep addressing it until as long as it's still here out of courtesy to you.

Because some of us remember you from the NC days.

Besides I never said you were a Favre hater. I said PFT.com was. I think they are fair game.

Really? Than why didn't somebody else jump on him last year with so many HC jobs available? He even got by passed by two or three teams as DC.

My thinking is MM is doing a great job making adjustments and doing what he can with a young offensive line to keep BF upright.

Being a defensive guy faced with these challenges I wonder if Brett wouldn't be down by now under Bates.MM's adjustments have been quick and effective in this regards.

Besides Bates probably wouldn't have gone with Jago or the zone blocking concept which is obviously paying off for those teams that have had it installed for a while now. I see us becoming very efficient in the run game which bodes well for us since Brett is not going to be around all that much longer.

I'll take MM over Bates thank you very much. I know Arizona has made some pretty stupid moves over the years but replacing Green with Bates would take the cake IMO.

It's not even the defense that's put them at 1-6. It's their offense and turnovers.
