Ted Thompson was named general manager of the Green Bay Packers on Jan. 14. Since, he has conducted an evaluation of current Packers players, taken part in the NFL

Thanks Arrow......... TT danced around the fire without sticking his foot in. I think the Packers will be just fine this season. I personally like the way the Packers are picking their spots in free agency. There will be more and more big name players hitting the market as soon as teams realize knowone will give up draft choices to pick up players under contract.

I like where he said he's going to draft the best player available instead of drafting for need. I hate reaching for needs. Better to have too many good players at one position than drafting a need who isn't good enough anyway to improve your team.
