I don't understand what you mean by conservative. We threw the ball 4 times in 6 plays. We need to convert those 3rd down throws.

I don’t think it is a change in playcall but Allen is calling coverages differently than first half and not showing till late. Love had Jacobs check down but suspect he couldn’t see him through lineman to his right.

I suspect too Love figured guys were closing and his internal clock was exploding and tossed instead of tucked because of it

I don't see how I can really blame Nixon for "jumping into the pile" when the league has made it clear all season long that forward progress is simply an imaginary concept that doesn't actually mean anything.

I guess the league's getting the sense from our first two possessions that they've got an opportunity to make this one a little closer and put their finger on the scale a bit too.
