My wife and I usually do a trip here in our home state of Wisconsin around our wedding anniversary (Oct 1). We became owners of a joint share in the Packers during the latest stock sale, but are both life-long fans of the Packers, Wisconsin born and bred.
We have never visited Lambeau together, but have both been there. I've been there since the renovations, driving a bus full of UW Marching Band kids up there to play at halftime. Only time I have ever seen the pack play in person has been on the sidelines! Remember when they put up portable bleachers for the bands to watch the game? I got in on that!
So anyways, we are taking a trip up around Manitowoc and Two Rivers the first day of our vacation, then the next maybe Green Bay and see the Hall of Fame. I read "owners" can tour the locker rooms, I assume they only do this at specific dates, not just like "drop in and see Aaron Rodgers in the shower". Unsure what else we could do at Lambeau besides the HOF, so looking for ideas there.
Other than that we'll probably just hit the casino.
Looking for any place we might want to take in for a restaurant, again we could just eat at the casino one time. Does Favre still have his steakhouse there, or was that retired WAY faster than Favres number (LOL). I also heard Rodgers might have a place in GB, but maybe Milwaukee.
Looking for a place to stay as well, nice but cheap, we are not extravagant people, under $100.

What is there to see in Manitowoc? Besides the USS Cobia, I mean. Questions like this is why the top of this forum has a sticky thread. AFAIK owners get to the locker room only during the stockholders meeting before training camp. Since you're so close, I'd do a day trip into Door county. Fall colors may be starting by then.

Might go to that museum with the Cobia, never been there. Might just hit some parks next to the lake.
Door County, BT, DT (where we went for our honeymoon, we go there usually on the "5's"). We always go at this time of year, so yeah pretty aware of the fall colors, it's why we go at this time, plus our anniversary. Last year we just did a "staycation", decided just getting out of the house for a few days so we can do something new, but not spend a lot of money on hotels.
Thansk for the input.
