Dave Rayner 14 games last year with Colts??

61.5 yard kick off average(31/2 yard line-in dome) one miss FG from over 50 yards. 82 kick-offs with one touch back.

Appears he was kick off specialist. He and Cundiff will battle.

good info.

I said there would be competition.

It won't end with this guy either.

Let the best kicker WIN!

3 kickers enter, 1 kicker leaves...Starring Mel Gibson... and Master Blaster.

Wouldn't that be the 8.5 yard line? Don't they KO from the 30?

Yea...8 1/2 yard line in a dome. I feel better.

82 kickoffs...one touchback....at least half of them in a dome?

I would love to know what kickers you think Thompson should of signed. I think the only thing he really can do with the lack of market for kickers is sign a few young kickers to compete for a job. I don't know if you expect him to create a top notch kicker out of pudding or what but I think he is doing what he can do with what is available.

I am sure he has no clue who is out there... Good point. He is a GM in the NFL and he knows less than the fans... Makes sense to me!

Grammatica is as much of a risk if not more than these two kickers. The last season he played he was a 60% field goal kicker. He is also much older than the others and Ted Thompson has shown that he prefers the younger players, and i dont blame him for that.

I don't have a problem trying out/going with a rookie or an unknown, I just don't want to go with a kicker who I know is crap.

*caugh-caugh* Cun*-diff.

Ahh, he (Cundiff) can come to camp. But he better not be in green and gold on opening day.

No matter how good he looks in-camp...Crap is crap. IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Nice job TT bring in a big leg. Fine.

yeah, some people here think they know everything. I like to give management (In all sports) the benefit of the doubt.

Chamuko shouldnt though, cuz he has a friend who is TTs secretary or something, so he gets a pass for sure.
