The Jets and Lions have effectively swapped centers. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Jets are signing former Lions third-rounder Travis Swanson. He visited last week, and has 42 starts in four seasons. The Lions didn’t need him after signing former Jets starting center Wesley Johnson last week.
