Im not sure what the full name for it is. But it shows up as "ATI" on my computer. You can also hook up a dvd player/vcr to it. you can recored tapes/dvds onto your computer, or hook it into your TV and record off the TV.

It's actually fairly inexpensive. If you buy a TV Tuner card for your PC you can do it.

Some video cards actually come with the tv tuner built in.
