4.63 40 speed and when out of position doesn't have make-up speed. Panthers didn't even want to keep him as nickel or dime CB in the slot... but somebody will grab him on waivers.

I don't think the Packers should be interested in a cornerback that gives up as many receiving yards in a single game, a number even Damarious Randall needs two weeks for.

Bring him in for a look. With Shields at risk of being out for a long time - possibly forever - another CB would be handy.
