Any ideas for another HC, DC and GM?

I see a lot of talk about firing the coaches and getting rid of Ted Thompson.
Its common when the Packers are losing as they are now.

If you had the power, who would you replace any or all of them with?

HC: Matt Patricia. Has the "it" factor.
DC: Monty Kiffin
GM: Elliott Wolfe, John Schneider from Seattle.

Schneider just re upped and in turn removed his Gb contract clause. Wolfe would be it.

As for hc/dc, I leave that to the the experts, I'm just a fan. I had no clue who MM was when we hired him, and that turned out ok until the last few years.
