Shanahan seems to be having fun ... or is he REALLY all confused? I read this at 4:30 in the morning so if I'm a little foggy, forgive me but I caught myself laughing to myself. So the 9'ers are in Australia already. The Rams are still in LA and will fly out right before the game. It'll be interesting to see whose strategy for body clock management works.

The 9'ers are probably thinking that they'll give their guys time to adjust ... the Rams? ... well, I figure they're just going to hope to outrun the time difference and just sort of outrun the clock.

That flight is a long, long one. I would have gone early as well. But we shall see.

These are California teams. If it was the Bills and Patriots this might make a good December game. Obviously, January would be too late because with impending playoffs teams cannot afford the travel time effect.
