Who do we choose as our new Offencive Co-ordinator?

McCarthy got the job. So who does he get as our OC?

Some possible choices:

Mike Martz (If he can't get a HC job)
Norv Turner
Steve Marriuci

but it will probably be some goon of McCarthys or some other right field pickup from TT. Right field pickup doesnt mean bad though. lets hope not.

I also think it will be an unknown. McCarthy will probably bring someone along from 49ers. Or perhaps go down to the college level for a co-ordinator.

For all we know, he could choose to keep Rossley!

Since we hired an offensive coach, I don't think OC will matter to much. Sure it's fairly important, but for the most part McCarthy will be running the offense.

a former HC coming in to play OC is good to me. He is smart,etc...he wasnt the best HC, but thats what the OC chair is for.

Paul Hackett or Jeff Jagodzinski are the two rumoured candidates. Jags has ties to GB (he was our old TEs coach, but left after a falling out with Sherman).

yeah...it seems unlikely that an established NFL coach (Mike Martz, Jim Fassell, Norv Turner) would want to coach under a first-time NFL coach...so throw all of the re-treads out of the picture

A change of offensive staff is a good thing as no one on Shermans' staff could control Brett before. <-- was said in an article I read. I don't know if I 100% agree on the reasoning but i agree a new offensive staff would be good.
