In this era with the ridiculous covid seasons, there are a lot of over-aged players in each draft class. In my opinion players turning 22 or 23 during their draft year is normal. Being 21 or under for the entirety is the young side of things. Turning 24 as a rookie is pretty old. So two lists. The first are those players who will turn 24 this year (or are 24 already). The second are those players who will be 21 or younger for the rest of this year. I didn't go super deep but I looked into basically everyone who is notable.
